Position Summary
Pacific West Construction and Maintenance is seeking a driven Business Development Representative to support company growth through lead generation, client relationships, and new project opportunities. This role rewards performance and initiative with a competitive base salary plus commission.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify new leads and business opportunities

• Develop and maintain relationships with property managers, owners, brokers, and industry partners

• Support proposals, bids, and client presentations

• Track outreach, leads, and follow-ups in CRM or internal systems

• Attend networking events, site walks, and industry functions as needed

• Collaborate with estimating and operations teams to convert opportunities into projects

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, sales, or construction-related roles preferred

• Strong communication, relationship-building, and follow-up skills

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable with performance-based compensation

• Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams

• Construction, maintenance, or commercial services experience is a plus
