Certified Plumber

Pacific West Construction and Maintenance is looking for a full-time LICENSED PLUMBER to join our team!  Our Maintenance team services apartment buildings and individual unit repairs in the greater Seattle area.  

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and provide on-the-job training to apprentices and team members
• Maintain state certification and required continuing education
• Review and complete work order requests from property managers in a timely manner
• Investigate, diagnose plumbing issues, propose repair/replace options and implement
• Maintain, repair or replace plumbing lines and fixtures in kitchens and bathrooms
• Installation of water heaters, sinks, faucets, tubs, toilets, and showers
• Work meets specifications and code requirements
• Courteous and professional demeanor with tenants and property manager

Required:

• 5+ Years of professional plumbing experience (other maintenance skills a plus!)
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Must have own basic tool set
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Pass a criminal background check
• Availability for emergency calls is a plus!

Salary:  Negotiable DOE
